Dell’s Social Stockpile
The team was tasked with creating social assets that could be pulled from throughout the year to fill gaps in the posting schedule. We were given a few specifications, like products to highlight, messages to emphasize, etc. Beyond that, our focus was striking a balance between being interesting enough to warrant a production (iykyk) and general enough to be leveraged for any product prioritization, messaging, or cultural relevancy needs that might arise over the next couple of years. On a tight budget, of course😉
It was our first ever bulk photo and video shoot for lasting social content across pan Dell handles. The end-of-year report that followed the completion of this project credited this work with a 261K post reach and 4.3% increase in engagement rate.
